Steps

Peel and mashed the boiled potatoes.

Add mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl, add spices and chopped onion and mix well.

Make balls with the dough.

Roll the balls with the roller pin, fill this potato mixture

Bind and again roll up make thin Paratha.
- 6
Grease butter on tawa put the paratha and shallow fry from both sides.

Serve hot with curd /green chutney.
