First cut and wash Arbi in half. Then apply salt and rest for 30 min

Take a pan put oil in it and then put onion's(finely chopped) hing. Saute for two minutes and add Arbi in it(after salting and washing then drying with cloth) cover the lid cook for 15 minutes after 5 minutes of interval

Then add Tomatoes,ginger garlic paste, and all the spices in it saute 5 minutes and put cream in it and again saute for 5 minutes and garnish with coriander

Now your shahi arbi is ready serve it with love
