1: wash and make a desired cut of every vegetables

2:boil or steam the vegetable(except courgettes) keep then slightly firm but dont overcook

3:marinate in oil,lemon juice and chopped parsely

4:dip in the butter for 2 minutes

5: drain on kitchen paper and serve
