Hot and Sour Pasta Soup

Take 4-5 cups water in deep sauce pan, bring it to boil over medium flame. When it start boiling, add 1/2 cup pasta and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Boil them around 10-12 minutes. to check wheather pasta is cooked or not (but not very soft). If it is little to bite, it is cooked.

Transfer cooked pasta to a large colander and drain excess water.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry finely chopped onions for a minute or 2.

Next saute chopped ginger and garlic.

Then add veggies, add the finely chopped french, grated carrot and shredded cabbage. Stir well.

Then add water and boil.

Further, add soy sauce and stir well.
- 9
Finally season with some salt.

Furthermore, stir the corn starch with some water and make a paste out of it. add it to the soup accordingly.

Bring the soup to a simmer on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Add boiled pasta into the soup, add boil for again 2 minutes.

When the soup has thickened, add vinegar.

Then add black pepper. Give a final stir, switch off the flame.

Finally, serve the Hot and Sour Pasta soup.
