Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsWatermelon (chopped)
  2. 2 tbspRooh Afza or rose syrup
  3. 1/2 tspChaat Masala
  4. 1/2 tspBlack Salt
  5. 1Juice Of Lemon
  6. few mint Leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Put watermelon cubes and puree in a blender or hand blender for 2-3 minutes, then add rooh afza or rose syrup.
    Blend it for a minute. Set a fine mash strainer over a bowl and strain the puree.
    Add fresh mint leaves, chaat masala, black salt and lemon juice.
    Refrigerate it to enjoy a chilled watermelon cooler.
