Take hot water then soak the soyabin in it and keep it aside for 5min after that squeeze it well.

Take a bowl add squeezed soyabin then add red chilli powder, egg, corn flour, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, salt mix it well.

Take a pan add oil then fry all the soyabin chunks till it golden brown.

Take another pan add oil then add ginger garlic fry for 1min then add onion fry for 1min then add tomato fry till it soft then add capsicum fry for 1min.

Add all the sauces fry for 1min then add fried soyabin fry for 2min.

Quick Chinese snacks is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves.
