Take a pan,pour milk and allow it to boil.After the milk starts boiling add lemon juice and allow it to cuddle.

Switch off the flame.Strain it and wash it with plain water to remove the sour taste of lemon juice and then tie the paneer with muslin cloth or with any soft cotton cloth.

Keep it for 1/2 an hour.

Squeeze off extra water. Now take the crumbled paneer and mash it properly add maida and mix nicely.preferably for 5 mins

Now take a non stick pan.Add paneer and stir then add sugar and stir continuously to avoid burning.Then add cardamom powder.

Once the pan starts leaving oil switch off the flame.

Grease a plate with little ghee. Now put the prepared milkcake into the plate.Dab nicely with the back of a flat spoon for even finishing.

Add chopped almonds and raisins.

Allow it to set in fridge for 1/2 an hour.Cut into desired shapes.

Your yummy milkcake is ready to serve
