Parmal and Aloo Crunchy Fry

Sometimes we avoid to eat Parmal and Aloo curry. But masala fried Parmal and Aloo everyone likes and enjoy. It's very simple and easy recipe and I have prepared in my own way to save time. Very tasty , chrunchy and yummy.
Parmal and Aloo Crunchy Fry

Sometimes we avoid to eat Parmal and Aloo curry. But masala fried Parmal and Aloo everyone likes and enjoy. It's very simple and easy recipe and I have prepared in my own way to save time. Very tasty , chrunchy and yummy.
Steps

Wash and dry parmal and aloo.

Scrap skin of parmal and cut longitudinally to half. Cut the potato round wise without removing the skin.

Mix the ingredients up to dhania powder (coriander) to parmal and potato evenly and marinade 15 mins.

Cook in a microwave oven for 3 minutes.

When cool down add cornflour and a little water on half cooked parmal and potato. Rub well.

Shallow fry both sides of veggies in low medium heat. Sprinkle chat masala and fried zeera powder.

Yummy and tasty and crunchy Parmal and Aloo masala fry ready to serve. Enjoy dear friends.
