First cut gawar into long pieces.

Wash them and put it one side.now boil in the cooker and give two whistle.drain the water.

Put kadai or pan on the gas and switch on.

Add oil and gawar. Saute it as well for five minute.

Now add rosted besan and stir as well.

Now add all masalas and cooked it on slow flame.

After ten minutes add lemon juice and turn off the gas.

Now ready for serving Chatpati gawar with parathi.
