Steps

Do seasoning in the mashed potatoes(salt,turmeric,red chilli powder,garam masala,chopped dhania)as per your liking

Take bread apply butter & the chutneys

Now spread the potato mixture evenly,carefully

Cover with bread again,with the chutneys

Now make the gram flour mixture. Add to it salt,turmeric,chopped dhania. Make a medium batter

Cut the filled bread into half dip in the batter carefully,be fast cause the bread is soft & can get soggy
- 7
Now deep fry it in a medium hot oil
- 8
Fry till golden brown
- 9
Cut into pieces & serve with ketchup or chutneys
