  • 4 tablespoonscooking oil
  • 2large Tomatoes chopped
  • 1large onion chopped
  • 2 spoonslemon juice
  • 1 bunchcoriander chopped
  • to tasteSalt

    Mix the chopped ingredients together add lemon and salt to taste and set it aside

    Heat the oil in a pan and cook the smokies until golden brown

    Serve hot with kachumbari
