Steps

Wash potatoes properly and boil them. It must be half cooked.

Take a bowl and mix corn flour, salt and food colour now add some water and make a thin paste.

Add half boil potatoes in this paste without peeling the skin.

Coat well in thin mixture then fry in oil.

Put it in a plate place a tissue paper on it press them slightly. Remove the paper sprinkle chat masala. Serve with green dhaniya pudina chutney.
