It's a 5min recpie. Bring one cup of water to boiling. Meanwhile take half cup of ragi floor and make it thin by adding little water. Make sure no lumps are formed. Now add pinch of salt to water and add thin ragi floor mixture to water. Keep stirring it for 2minutes. Once you feel it's getting thick please switch of the flame. Now add 1 glass of buttermilk to one glass of ragi. One person should drink 2 full glasses as brrakfast. So healthy and colestral free.
