Steps

Boil milk in a pan on medium heat.

Mix corn flour and custard powder with some milk or water in a bowl.

Add this mixture in boiling milk and stir continuously.

When milk started thicken add sugar and mix well.
- 5
Let it cool add chopped dry fruits in this mixture and fill it in the moulds.
- 6
Freeze them for minimum 4 hours or as per your freezer performance. Kulfi is ready to serve
