2 ltrMilk
1/2 spoonFennel seed
100 gmCashew
50 gmPista
100 gmChiroli
400 gmMilkmaid
50 gmGrated coconut
2 gmBetel leaves

Steps

In iron skillet put milk and fennel seed on a very low flame
2

Grind cashew and almond. when milk becomes half put all the dry fruit except pista.

After 15-20min turn off the gas and add milk made and finely chopped betel leaves.

Garnish it with pista and put it freeze then serve
