3-4potatoes cut into cubed
1onion sliced
1capcicum sliced
1/2 tspgarlic paste
1/4 tspchilli flakes
1 tspchinese sweet n sour sauce
1 tsplight soy sauce
1/2 tspdark soy sauce
to tastesalt
Ground black pepper
2 Tbspoil for cooking

Deep fry the potatoes

Take a wok & heat it on medium high. Add the onions & capcicum. Saute for a min

Add garlic paste. Mix well

Add the rest of the ings. Mix well. Garnish with coriander & serve hot with fried rice
