  • 500 gpotato julliens
  • 1 bunchcoriander, finely chopped
  • 5garlic cloves, grated
  • 2large onions, finely chopped
  • Salt, pepper
  • Cooking oil

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Deep fry the potatoes until well cooked

  2. 2

    In a separate cooking pot, saute the onions and garlic until lightly browned. Add coriander and cooked chips.

  3. 3

    Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Toss for a minute and serve hot, with desired sauce on the side.
