Ingredients

7 serving
  • 2kVegetable (ugu)
  • Salt
  • 1/2 kgBeef
  • 1/2 kgPomo
  • 2big Stock fish
  • 3cooking spoon Crayfish
  • 6Fresh pepper
  • 3 cubesStock
  • 1onion
  • 3cooking spoon Red oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the vegetable twice and slice.boil beef,Pomo and stockfish with onion,Stock cubes and salt till is soft.

  2. 2

    Heat up clean pot till is dry then pour in red oil.bleach for 4 minutes,pour in sliced onion,Salt,blended crayfish and pepper

  3. 3

    Pour in the beef,Pomo and stock fish.boil everything for 4minutes then pour in the vegetable(ugu)stir very well add salt and is good to go especially with fufu 😁
