  1. 1 kgtripe
  2. 1 sachetBenny spice
  3. Pinchsalt to taste
  4. 2 litreswater or more add gradually

    Wash tripe very well and cut into small pieces

  2. 2

    Bring tripe Benny spice salt and a litre of water boil in medium heat keep adding water gradually until it's well cooked with little water remaining.
