1 sachetBenny spice
Pinchsalt to taste
2 litreswater or more add gradually

Wash tripe very well and cut into small pieces

Bring tripe Benny spice salt and a litre of water boil in medium heat keep adding water gradually until it's well cooked with little water remaining.

Serve hot with your favorite stash and enjoy
