In a pot, pour olive oil, onion, carrots, green sautee'them and pour the chicken and a drop of water the add spices and cover the pot to cook.

Stir the chicken, and add the chicken stock. Let it cook and as it cooking it will also fry the once it starts to fry then pour the tomato paste and drop of water.

In a bowl mix the minestrone powdered soup and flour then pour it over the chicken.

Your tomato chicken will be ready to serve.
