Steps

Dice tomato and onion.
- 2
Grate cheddar cheese and add to tomato and onion mix
- 3
Add salt, pepper and thyme to taste and Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius

Add all eggs to tomato mix and mix all together
- 5
Melt butter in an oven safe pan and add mixture to medium heat
- 6
Leave on stove for 10 minutes

Remove from stove and add to oven
- 8
Remove frittata when you poke it and its quite firm.

Remove from oven, let it set and serve
