Ingredients

6 servings
  • 150 gflour
  • pinchsalf
  • 7.5 gcocoa powder
  • 57 gbutter
  • 150 gsugar
  • 1egg
  • halftsp vanilla extract
  • 120 mlbutter milk
  • 1 tspfdcolour,1tsp water
  • halftsp vinegar
  • halftsp baking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour,salt and cocoa powder in a bowl

  2. 2

    Beat/whisk the butter till soft then add sugar and continue to beat till soft(separate bowl)

  3. 3

    Add the egg plus vannila extract..

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl put the butter milk and foodclour and stir till they fully mixed.

  5. 5

    Add the flour and butter milk mixture then quickly fold to the butter.

  6. 6

    Bake for 20min..
