I used a 15cm cake tin to make this recipe.
I like this one because it's easy, before I always failed when I tried to make sponge cake using other recipes.

In a pan heat the sugar and the eggs until the sugar melts (around 40°C) pour the mixture in a bowl and add the vanilla

Beat in with a mixer until it's white. Add the flour. Mixture with a rubber spatula and pour in the cake tin.

Bake 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
