Ingredients

  • 5eggs
  • 150 gsugar
  • 150 gflour
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat the sugar and the eggs until the sugar melts (around 40°C) pour the mixture in a bowl and add the vanilla

  2. 2

    Beat in with a mixer until it's white. Add the flour. Mixture with a rubber spatula and pour in the cake tin.

  3. 3

    Bake 180°C for 35-40 minutes.

what can I replace vanilla with? I checked in google and there is coffee powder and citrus, will that work?
