Steps

Mix together besan, salt and all the dry spices. Spread in small plate.

Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying.

Now dip a piece of fish in the besan mixture from both the sides and fry in the hot oil.

Fry until the colour turns brown and the fish is cooked.

Grind together coriander, garlic and green chillies roughly.

In a shallow pan, heat little oil and add the ground green masala. Now place the fish one by one and let the masala coat the fish from both sides.

Turn off the gas once it turns bit golden brown in colour.

Serve hot with any dip you like.
