Steps

In a heavy bottom pan put milk to boil.

Turn off the gas after boiling and add 1/4cup water to milk.

Add lemon juice slowely and stir continuously till the milk gets curdled properly.

Add more lemon juice if required.

Pour the curdled milk in cotton napkin and squeeze to remove all the water from it.

Gently knead to make dough of that curdled milk. Knead till you get soft non-sticky dough.(for 15-20min) and make small balls of it without any crack.

Take a pan put sugar and water to boil.

Put cardmom and balls in it on very low flame.

Cover the pan and cook for 25-30min.

Soft rasgullas are ready to serve.Serve it hot or cold as you like.
