It is an authantic dish prepared by my grandmother. I love it.we use here beetroot juice instead of water.
Steps

In a bowl put maida,soda, beetroot juice and mix it well. If water needed mix some.

In a pan heat the oil and pour the batter in it with the help of slotted spoon.when it becomes fry golden take it out.

In other pan put hot milk make thicker like rubbry,add caradomn seeds and sugar and add fried Bundi,boil it 2miniute.remove it from the gas.

Serve it cool.garnish with chopped dry fruits.

If you like Kapoor's smell.tempered it with1tsp. Ghee and kapoor.it will enhance the taste.
