Ingredients

25 minutes
2 servings
  • 50 mlBeetroot juice
  • 100 gmMaida
  • 200 gmOil for frying
  • 300 gmMilk boiled, thick pouring consistency
  • 1 tspCaradomns seeds crushed
  • 2 TspMilk made
  • Kapoor.... As your choice
  • 1 pinchSoda
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 2 TspChopped dry.fruits

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl put maida,soda, beetroot juice and mix it well. If water needed mix some.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat the oil and pour the batter in it with the help of slotted spoon.when it becomes fry golden take it out.

  3. 3

    In other pan put hot milk make thicker like rubbry,add caradomn seeds and sugar and add fried Bundi,boil it 2miniute.remove it from the gas.

  4. 4

    Serve it cool.garnish with chopped dry fruits.

  5. 5

    If you like Kapoor's smell.tempered it with1tsp. Ghee and kapoor.it will enhance the taste.
