In a sufuria, add some water and a pinch of salt

Let the salty water to boil

Once boiled, add in the macaroni

Cover and let it cook for 7-8 minutes.

Remove from the source of heat and drain the water

Place the boiled macaroni aside

Take another sufuria and add cooking oil and chopped red onion

Fry them until golden brown

Add sliced tomatoes and cook until a paste is formed

Add crashed garlic and stir

Add one tea spoon of cayenne pepper and stir

Once the paste is thick enough add the boiled macaroni

Stir in some coriander and let every spice used mix in together with the macaroni

Serve while hot with either liver, chicken or beef stew
