In a pan boil 4 cup water and cook 2cup rice till half done then drain it.

In handi heat ghee add all whole spices then add ginger,garlicbpaste and green chilli cook it for 5 min then add tomato and cook it till water absorb then add powdered spices,salt and mix then put chicken in and cook till half done then take half mixture out.

We need to layer rice and chicken mixture then cover it tightly with lid put something heavy on lid and cook it for 25-30 min on low-medium flame,serve it with extra ghee..and chopped fresh coariander.
