Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 1boiled potato, mashed (optional)
  • 1egg white
  • 1 teaspoonmayonnaise
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoonoil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a blender, combine the egg white and minced garlic. Blend well.

  2. 2

    Slowly drizzle in the oil while blending until the mixture thickens and becomes firm.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a bowl and add a pinch of salt.

  4. 4

    You can also add a spoonful of mayonnaise or the mashed boiled potato if desired.
