1 cupleftover khichdi
Halfonion chopped finely
2small green chillies finely chopped
as neededGreen coriander chopped
1-1 1/2 cupatta
to tasteSalt

Add all the ingredients to make a dough.

The dough will be a little loose. Dust generously with dry flour and roll out into parathas.
