Soak both blackgram and rice for minimum 3 hours.

Then wash it and make a semi thick batter out of it.

Add salt. Mix well. Keep aside for 1 hour.

Now cut onion in semi circle slices.

Heat a pan. Spread 1 spoon oil all over the pan. Now simmer the stove. Put some batter on it. Now place the onion slices accordingly.. Now sprinkle salt and pepper powder on it.put some chopped chillies.

Cover it for 5 mins.

Now make it upside down and spread some oil. Now cover it again.

After 5 mins prick a tooth pic in it to check whether it is properly cooked or not.

Now it is ready. Serve it with momo sauce or tomato sauce..
