In a parat/ aata vessel add all the ingredients except water. Mix well. Then slowly and gradually add water and knead slightly tight aata then regular puri aata.

Let it rest for 15/20 minutes.

Now start rolling puris and on other side keep oil on stove to get the required heating point. Now on the rolled puris prick with fork so while frying it doesn't puff.

Now fry the puris by placing 2/3 at a time and let it fry till little dark pink.

Keep all in parat to cool down and then store in container/jar. This puris remains fresh till almost a month.
