3_4 servings.

1 bowlsoaked Soya chunks
1 tbspGinger garlic paste
1 bowlsoaked and half boiled chana daal
1cinnamon stick
1chopped onion
2-3green chillies chopped
2-3 cloves
to tasteSalt
1 tbspred chilli powder
1/2 tbspgaram masala

Boil chana daal half cooked and grind Soya chunks chana daal whole garam masala green chillies and ginger garlic.

It will turn in thick batter.now add salt red chilli garam masala mix well add chopped onion.

Make a shape of kababs and roast it....serve it with green chutney and onions.
