Take a pan sauté ginger garlic paste add peas green chillies.

Then stir fry until peas are cooked. also sauté spinach and all spices.. then cool completely

Blend together peas,spinach and coriander leaves to a smooth paste

Mash the potatoes,Paneer add the grounded paste

Then mix roasted besan and make a dough

If the dough turns sticky..then add bread crumbs to absorb excess moisture

Then shape into small or medium sized balls garnish with sesame seeds

Heat a tawa.Add 1/2tsp oil on a medium low flame..fry the kebabs till they are golden and crisp

Serve this hara Bhara kebab with ketchup and chutney
