Ingredients

  1. For kebabs
  2. 250 gmBoiled potato mashed
  3. 1/2 cupchopped spinach
  4. 2onions finely chopped
  5. 1 tspn ginger paste
  6. 1 tspn garlic paste
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masla
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 2 spoonsgram flour
  11. 6 spoonsoil
  12. 2green chillis finely chopped
  13. For greavy
  14. 2 spoonsraw grated papaya
  15. 2onions chopped
  16. 2tomatoes chopped
  17. 5-6roasted cashews
  18. 1/2 cupcurd
  19. 2 spoonamul butter
  20. 1 tsp garlic paste
  21. 1 tspn ginger paste
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. 1/2 spoonDegi mirch
  24. 1/2 spoonGaram masala
  25. 1/4 spoonJeera powder
  26. 1/4 cup water
  27. As neededOil
  28. 2 spoonsfresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    For kebabs :- mix all ingredients except oil. Now take a pan put oil in it now rub oil in ur hands and make kebabs with ur hands (shape as u want ur choice)

    Now put it in pan roast in oil properly...

    For curry : first saute onions in oil and keep it a side

  4. 4

    Now take these onions cashews curd and tomatoes grind it to make paste

    Now take water put ginger garlic paste salt degi mirch garam masala jeera powder in it mix it properly

    Now take a pan put some oil in it then add curd paste in it saute it fo 5 to 7 min then add above water mixture in it mix it properly saute it till it leaves sides with oil

    After that add kebabs in it and put fresh cream also mix it with light hand cover it with lid for 6 to 8 min

    After put butter on it and switch off the gas

    Serve hot..
