Peel the mango then chopped it

Then heat one pan add 2 cup of water add chopped mangoes boil for 5-6 min in medium flame then turn off the gas then cool down little bit

Then make smooth pulpy paste then again heat the same pour the smooth pulpy paste on it add sugar,jaggery,red chilli powder,cardoman powder,garam masala then mix it well

Cook for 5-6 min in low to medium flame

Then turn off the gas

Then cool it for 10 min in room temperature

Then take one plate grease ghee on it then pour the mango pulpy paste on it

With the help of spoon smoothly spread all over the plate

I have made little bit thick aam papad

Then dry the aam papad in room temperature under fan dry or sun dry as per your choice for at least 25-30 hours

In under sun aam papad dry earlier than in under fan dry

In under sun dry u should cover the plate with thin cloth because of dust

After drying aampapad u can cut as per your choice

Using same method i had made full raw mango papad

Using same quantiy of all ingredients but differents is that in this i have use 1 kg raw mango thats it only
