  • 4 tsponion paste
  • 1/2 cuptomato puree
  • To tasteAll spices
  • as neededOil
  • 4 tspmalai
  • 1 tspjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pressure cooker add jeera and onion paste saute, add tomato paste cook well.

  2. 2

    Add all spice and pitai and required water.

  3. 3

    Take two whistle, open it add malai and mix well.

  4. 4

    Malai aloo us ready.
