  1. 12 eggs
  2. 1 kgpowder sugar
  3. 2 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 3 tspcinnamon powder
  6. 600 ml oil
  7. 660 gm refined flour
  8. 12banana
  9. 1 tsp vanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven at 180°c.

    Lightly grease and flour the loaf tins

    In a large bowl, combine refined flour, cinnamon powder, baking soda, salt

    Another bowl mash the banana or blend it and add powder sugar and eggs. Mix it well. Add the vanilla essence to this mixture

    After that add the mixture of refined flour and mix it well to make a batter.

    Then lastly, add the oil to the batter, stir well

  7. 7

    Pour the mixture in the grease tin.

    Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Leaved the baked banana bread for 10 minutes after baking. For cooling.

    Serve the banana bread.
