In a pan add oil and heat it

Then add carom seed, then all dry spices, saute for a minute..

Then saute garlic and green chilli..

Add tomato purie and cook for 2 to 3 min or untill done.

Then add beaten curd and let it cook for some time..

Then add boiled arbi (which can b sliced or roughly crush) and add water as per consistency required.. add salt at this stage..let it boil for 2 minute..

Tan tadannnnn... Now it's garnish time with chopped coriander and it's ready to b serve..
