Foark the potatoes.

In a heat pan add oil & put cumim seeds,crackle it. Add garlic, ginger fry it

Add potatoes fry it golden.now add all masalas besides mint& coriander leaves. Fry it 5 minutes. And remove from the gas.

In other pan put the butter and heat it.add all fried potatoes & sprinkle some garlic,& onion powder.stir it 1 minutes.

Sprinkle dry mint leaves.

Before serving sprinkle green coriander leaves.

It can be used any time lunch, dinner even breakfast.

Garlic & onion powder is eaisly available in super markets.
