Ingredients

  1. 1 kgfish fillet
  2. 3eggs
  3. 1 cupflour
  4. 1 teaspoonaromat
  5. 1 teaspoonmixed herbs spice
  6. 1\4 cup olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix flour,aromat and mixed herbs then take another bowl and beat eggs

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a electric pan then first dip fish in the beaten eggs then into the flour mixture and fry

  3. 3

    Turn the fish and fry the other side until it's golden brown and crisp

  4. 4

    Mine I served with green beans, spinach, cucumber and avocado
