Soak razma overnightor atleast 8 hrs.wash &boil it along with whole Garamasala

Mash or grind Boiled razma add all ingredients &mix well.except nuts.

Divide the mixture in equal proportions which size u want.wet or greased ur palm.

Shape it into a round flattened just like potato tikki,filled in it nuts reshaped.

Shallow fry in pan.

Serve hot with lachha paratha,onion Julian's,lemon,&green tangy chutney.
