Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupRazma
  2. Whole Garamasala (1black cardmom,1green cardmom,cloves, cinemon etc)
  3. Garamasala powder 1tspn
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1/2tspn
  5. Green chilli paste-1/2tspn
  6. Caramelised onion paste 1_1/2tspn
  7. Cashewnuts powder 2tspn
  8. Finely chopped onion & corriender leaves 1tsp each
  9. Chatmasala_1/2tspn
  10. Lemmonjuice 1/2tspn
  11. Finely chopped nuts..Little bit
  12. to tasteOil or ghee for fryingSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak razma overnightor atleast 8 hrs.wash &boil it along with whole Garamasala

    Mash or grind Boiled razma add all ingredients &mix well.except nuts.

    Divide the mixture in equal proportions which size u want.wet or greased ur palm.

    Shape it into a round flattened just like potato tikki,filled in it nuts reshaped.

    Shallow fry in pan.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with lachha paratha,onion Julian's,lemon,&green tangy chutney.
