1 cupboiled chana dal
1chopped onion
1 tspchopped ginger garlic
1boiled potato
1/2 cup bread crumbs
to tasteSalt
2 pinchblack pepper
1/4 tspchat masala
As neededOil for shallow frying

Chana dal and boiled potato r mashed.

Mix all ingredients and make a dough.

Give kebab shaped.

Then hot apana oil shallow fry kebab on both sides.

Crispy kebab r ready to serve with ketchup.
