Chicken mince cool them add salt,green chilli,ginger garlic,onion,chat masala and half quantity of red chilli mix well add bread crumbs make a tight dough keep in fridge for 2 hours.

Take a bowl add besan,salt,half quantity of red chilli and turmeric make a batter.

Chicken mince dough make a round shape kebab and coat in besan batter.

Then hot a oil and fry kebab on both sides.

Serve hot kebab with any sauce or chatne.
