Ingredients

40 minutes
  1. 4 1/2 poundsboneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  2. For the marinade:
  3. 5 clovesgarlic, minced
  4. 1 cupfresh lemon juice (about 240 ml)
  5. 1 1/2 cupsvegetable oil (about 360 ml)
  6. 1 cupwhite vinegar (about 240 ml)
  7. 4 teaspoonsseven spice blend
  8. 1 pinchmastic, if available
  9. 1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips with all the marinade ingredients. Mix well, then let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Transfer the chicken and marinade to a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

  3. 3

    Serve the chicken shawarma with garlic sauce, French fries, and pickles.

بحب كتير مجال الرسم يلي عم بدرسه، وكمان بحب الشوبنغ، المطالعة، زيارة المعارض الفنية والآرت غاليريز... والطبخ!بلشت أطبخ لما جيت عيش وحدي بلندن، لأنو المطاعم هون غالية كتير، وما في الواحد كل يوم ياكل برّا. كرمال هيك، لما يجي عبالي، بطبخ شي مع شريكتي بالسكن، وهي بنت إيطالية تعلمت منا بعض الوصفات، وعرّفتها كمان على كتير أكلات لبنانية.كمان بحبّ الأكل الفرنسي كتير، متل شوربة البصل وغراتان البطاطا (غراتان دوفينوا)... وتسجلت بمجلة فرنسية عن الطبخ لصير أعرف كيف اعمل اكلات فرنساوية.بحاول دايماً اشتري اغراضي من الدكاكين الصغيرة، حتى تكون طازة وطيبة.رفقاتي بحبو الاكلات اللبنانية اللي بحضرها، وكمان بلشوا يحبوا طبخي الفرنساوي. انشالله تحبوها أنتو كمان.ناطرة تعليقاتكم على وصفاتي.ما أشتهر بطبخه:الارز على الدجاج اللبناني، الكريم بروليه وغراتان البطاطا (غراتان دوفينوا)
