1 cupbesan
1 tablespooncorn flour
1/2 tspchilli powder
3/4 tsp turmeric
3/4 tsp crushed jeera
Salt to taste
1tbspfinely chopped coriander
4-5curry leaves
Oil to fry

Slice onions thinly.

Add all the ingredients above except oil

Sprinkle water.Mix well.

Heat oil and drop the onion mix.See to that they are not lumpy.

Fry until golden brown.
