First of all we will make the kebab fillings.To make this, first roast cashew nuts,almonds and pistachios in ghee and grind it.

Grind it like a powder

Mix crushed green chilli, salt, black pepper, dry fruits powder and chopped corienders leaves in scrambled paneer and keep it aside.

Now in grinder jar put soaked hole red lentils and soaked chickpeas lentils,put garlic cloves, green chilies, ginger and grind it. Don't add water to it while grinding.

Now take it out in a bowl.

Now, cut the spinach leaves finely and chop it into a chopper machine so that it is finely chopped.mix these finely chopped spinach in grounded lentils

Now add salt turmeric powder and all the spices in it.Add brown rice flour in it as per requirement.

And at last add lemon juice.

Now make a ball of this mixture and spread it on your hands

Place the mixture of paneer inside it and put a little butter inside the paneer and close it well and make the shape of kebab by hands.

Now add 2tbsp olive oil to a non stick pan and fry all these kebabs

Cook it well on both sides.

Now our tasty paneer stuffed hara bhata kebab is ready. Take it out in a plate and serve with coriander leaves green chutney and tomato ketchup
