Mash the boil potatoes. Take a pan put a spoonful of oil add ginger garlic paste and onion and saute it. Add green chillies. Now add the dry masala i.e. salt, turmeric, black pepper, garam masala now add boiled potato and coriander and mix it well.

Now cut a boil egg into 4 pieces. Now make a small balls of potato mix, flatten it put a piece of egg and make a kabab. Now take a small bowl beat egg into it add some milk and salt. Now dip the kababs into egg batter and roll it in bread crumbs. Deep fry them and serve hot.
