Steps

Take a paneer cut into long strips marinate it with salt and red chilli powder.

Now take a bowl add besan,salt,redchilly powder,haldi and water make a thick batter.

Take a kadai heat the oil. Now take paneer strips and dip it in besan and fry till crisp.

Side by side take another kadai add 1 tsp oil and 2 tsp butter add garlic saute for 3 min and add spring onion.

Now add salt and black pepper and paneer pakodas cut into halves. Serve immediately.
