Ingredients

  • 6Soya/dal vadi
  • 1/2 cupboiled chana dal
  • 1/2 tspkewra essence
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspkaju powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 2mashed potato
  • 2 tspchopped dhnia leaves
  • 1 packetmanacco biscuit
  • 3 tspchipotle sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Take soya vadi and soak it in warm water for 1/2 hr.

  2. 2

    Boil chana dal and drain excess water.

  3. 3

    Now take a grinder add vadi and dal and grind it roughly.

  4. 4

    Now add all the masalas one by one and rest it for 1 hr. In fridge.

    Now take small balls and cover it with bread crumbs.

    Now take monacco biscuit add chipotle sauce and at the top tikki. Serve.
